David Barthelmes is the CFO, chief business and administrative officer for the campus, and reports directly to the Chancellor. The Vice Chancellor for Administration oversees several departments, including the offices of Financial Services, Human Resources, Purchasing and the Rec Center. He also oversees the activities of Staff Council.

Bill Webb is the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Administration and oversees the departments of Environment, Health & Safety; Facilities Management and Auxillary Services; and Public Safety.
