With the flexible Mott2UM-Flint concurrent enrollment program, you’ll have the opportunity to take courses at UM-Flint and Mott Community College at the same time—saving you tuition while putting you on the path to a recognized university degree.

Who’s Eligible?

The Mott2UM-Flint concurrent enrollment program is open to:

All other students are encouraged to apply to UM-Flint directly. Students who are interested in taking only one or two courses at MCC should apply as guest students.

Students admitted to the program are eligible to participate for four years or until they reach 62 credits.

*Note: MCC Varsity student athletes are not eligible for the program.

How to Apply

First-Year Freshmen

1. Check the freshman admission requirements for UM-Flint.

2. Complete the online Mott2UM-Flint Freshman application

3. Send your official high school transcripts and ACT scores (include UM-Flint’s ACT testing code 2063) to:

Transfer Students

1. Schedule an appointment with a UM-Flint Admissions Counselor. Call (810) 762-3300 or email admissions@umflint.edu.

2. Complete the online Mott2UM-Flint Transfer application.

3. Submit your official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Students with fewer than 24 college credits earned should also have high school transcripts submitted.

Current UM-Flint Students

Current UM-Flint students should complete the Mott2UM-Flint Opt-In Form to apply for admission to the program. You will be notified (via your UM-Flint email account) regarding your admissions decision.
