Faculty Advising workshops presented by Dr. Susan Gano-Phillips, Interim Associate Dean of College of Arts & Sciences, Aimi Moss, Director of Academic Advising and Career Center, and Dr. Sarah Rosaen, Associate Professor of Communication.

Workshop 1: "Theory of Advising and Knowing Your Students" - Learn degree, program and general education requirements; hone skills in prescriptive advising; meet and discuss interactions with advising staff


Workshop 2: "Advisor Notes - A Tool for Managing Requirements and Advisee Relationships" - Be aware of tools available to help you be the best advisor you can be



Workshop 3: "Developmental Advising and Career Development" - Advising the whole student; assist students in making career choices and develop co-curricular plans to achieve them
