Anita Has held various positions at GCCMH for 17 years. She formerly performed mental health assessments on clients slated to be discharged to nursing homes. She provided diagnosis of mental illness as well as treatment and service recommendations to improve client’s mental health. Currently, she now holds down 2 part time jobs, as a social worker providing in-home mental health services to homebound elderly through private mental health agency, Soka Services, and as a medical social worker for a local home health care agency, the Medical Team. She has also been chosen to be a member of the state NASW Aging Special Interest Group.
