Mission Statement
The University of Michigan-Flint School of Management Alumni Affiliate supports the personal and professional development of our students and alumni while contributing towards the goals of the School of Management, the University of Michigan-Flint Alumni Society, and the University of Michigan-Flint.
What have we been up to…
Over the past year, the School of Management Alumni Affiliate (SOMAA) has participated in various initiatives including Graduation Celebrations and the eMentoring Program.
· Graduation Celebrations take place semiannually. At this event we welcome SOM Students into the Alumni Society by sharing experience, giving advice, and passing out the traditional SOM Lapel pin.
· The eMentoring Program is designed to assist young adults in developing career strategies through the advice of seasoned professionals via email.
