Education: B.S., Biology, University of California-Davis, 1972; M.S., Biology, San Diego State University, 1978; Ph.D., Anatomy and Cell Biology, University of Michigan, 1983; Postdoctoral training in neurophysiology at the University of California at Berkeley
Teaching Areas: Cell Biology, Human Anatomy, Neuroanatomy-Physiology, Regional Anatomy; Renal Physiology.

Research Interests: Anatomy, physiology and molecular biology of the inner ear; instructional innovations in neuroscience.
