CAER has partnered with the Institute for Conservation Leadership to offer a 2-day workshop on collaboration and partnerships for conservation.

Day 1: Thursday, March 26, 9am-4:30pm
Working in Coalitions and Partnerships
This workshop is for staff and volunteers who want to initiate or strengthen a cooperative partnership, project or coalition. It will give you the tools to build a more effective collaborative effort between organizations.
Day 2: Friday, March 27, 9am-3:30pm
Strengthening Your Team
This day is a working session for teams of 2-6 people who are currently in a network, coalition, or cooperative effort. Teams will have the opportunity to work directly with Institute for Conservation Leadership staff to gain insight and direction for their collaborative efforts.
