Counseling, Accessibility, and Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS provides services to enrolled students that help to maximize their academic and personal potential. Students are provided with counseling, therapy, and limited psychological testing. Workshops are available on topics such as stress management, test anxiety, time management, and healthy relationships. Support services and assistive technology are available for students with physical and/or psychiatric disabilities, either permanent or temporary. CAPS will advocate on behalf of students in arranging ADA accommodations for their classes and campus activities. All services are provided at no charge to students.
Students with physical and/or psychiatric disabilities are encouraged to meet with staff to discuss reasonable accommodations that support success and foster an inclusive campus environment.
