On this site you will find a number of mental health resources including skill-building tools to help you manage stress and academic life. There is also digitally recorded multimedia resources, including some relaxation exercises that you can play on the website or download to your mp3 player. The site is completely free of charge to U-M Students, but if you want to download any videos, you will need to sign up for a free account.
