The University of Michigan-Flint will delay opening until 1 p.m., Tuesday, January 17, 2017 due to road conditions and the weather forecast. Only essential personnel should report. All classes, events and activities scheduled to begin before 1 p.m. Tuesday are cancelled.

Interdisciplinary Case Competition

The University of Michigan-Flint Interdisciplinary Case Competition brings together undergraduate and graduate students across campus to form interdisciplinary teams consisting of 5-7 members. Each team is asked to develop a solution to an issue currently impacting corporations on a global level.

  • $500 scholarship per participant of the winning team
  • Access to one-on-one sessions with high profile international corporations
  • Opportunity to network with corporations at an exclusive lunch before the career fair
  • Intercultural and interdisciplinary skills
