Fanimania - The University of Michigan-Flint's Anime Club

Welcome to the Fanimania web site! We are a club at the University of Michigan-Flint that tries to increase awareness of Japanese animation amongst students and the public.

Upcoming Club Meeting: Thursday, February 02, 2012 from 7 pm to 9 or 10 pm in the dining area on the 3rd floor of the UCEN. Meetings are at this location and on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month unless otherwise mentioned.
At club meetings upcoming showings are discussed and various other club business is taken care of. There is also time for socialization. Suggestions are always welcome.

Previous Events

Ohayocon 2012 in Columbus, Ohio (website) January 27-29, 2012. Only those who have attended at least three Fanimania events during Fall semester (including meetings and showings) can travel with the club. The pre-registration deadline is January 8th.
Shuto Con 2011 in Lansing (website) March 25 & 26, 2011. This will not be a campus sponsored event, but if anyone is interested in going to it, or want more information, they can check out the website or contact David Siri. The pre-registration deadline is March 11th.
