Auditions

All students must audition or be invited to join the group. Auditions will be held annually ( specific criteria will be announced ).

Students must enroll in AFA/DAN 311 African World performance Studio at least one semester while performing with the group and can repeat this course up to 4 times for 1 credit or take the course once for 3 credits. Students must have taken AFA/DAN 310 Performance Traditions and Aesthetics of the African World before taking AFA/DAN 311 or joining the group unless special consent is obtained.
