Squeals On Wheels is an approved food truck on the UM-Flint campus.  Squeals On Wheels specializes in slow smoked beef brisket, pulled pork and chicken.  Check out the Street Eats calendar for dates and locations when Squeals On Wheels will be visiting campus!

WANTED Food Truck Vendors!

The university is seeking Food Truck vendors to offer additional food service support to build vitality and service on campus at UM-Flint.  UM-Flint offers classes at its modern, 80-acre downtown campus, and is the 11th largest employer in Genesee County. The university consists of the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Management, the School of Health Professions and Studies, the School of Education and Human Services, and the School of Nursing.  In addition, the Genesee Intermediate School District’s to Genesee Early College is located on campus, which has approximately 100 high school students taking both high school and college classes on campus. The University has a capacity for 800 residential students, and at its peak, more than 14,000 students, faculty, and staff are working or taking classes on campus. With its central location, the university is within easy walking distance of all downtown businesses and institutions.

Interested in becoming a Food Truck vendor at UM-Flint?  We are looking for vendors who want to serve our campus and the downtown community on Mondays and Wednesdays for lunch and dinner service hours.  Vendors who are interested in accepting Maize Money (our campus currency) can also opt-in to participating in this program.  Contact Gina Rose for more information.
