Beverage Service
Trained personnel provide quality customer service while arranging and managing the beverage service at your event. Service will be tailored to meet your needs whether your event is a small meeting, reception, or large banquet.

OPEN BAR: Simply inform us of the number of guests attending your event. We will provide either full or partial bar service.*

CASH BAR: Full or partial bar service is available for those attending your function. Guests pay for their drinks at the time of purchase.*

WINE: Select a house wine with your meal.
*A full bar includes house liquors, wines, keg beer, soft drinks and juices. Premium liquors are available for an additional cost. A partial bar includes house wines, keg beer, soft drinks, and juices. Minimum serving time is 2 hours and maximum is 4 1/2 hours.
THE EVENT AND BUILDING SERVICES OFFICE ADHERES TO ALL LOCAL, STATE AND UNIVERSITY RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE SERVING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. THE UNIVERSITY IS LICENSED TO SERVE LIQUOR IN THE HARDING MOTT UNIVERSITY CENTER. PLEASE SEE THE ALCOHOL POLICY FOR MORE INFORMATION.
