Beverage Service
Trained personnel provide quality customer service while arranging and managing the beverage service at your event. Service will be tailored to meet your needs whether your event is a small meeting, reception, or large banquet.
- OPEN BAR: Simply inform us of the number of guests attending your event. We will provide either full or partial bar service.*
- CASH BAR: Full or partial bar service is available for those attending your function. Guests pay for their drinks at the time of purchase.*
- WINE: Select a house wine with your meal.
*A full bar includes house liquors, wines, keg beer, soft drinks and juices. Premium liquors are available for an additional cost. A partial bar includes house wines, keg beer, soft drinks, and juices. Minimum serving time is 2 hours and maximum is 4 1/2 hours.
THE EVENT AND BUILDING SERVICES OFFICE ADHERES TO ALL LOCAL, STATE AND UNIVERSITY RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE SERVING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
