The University Pavilion (UPAV) is located on the campus of the University of Michigan-Flint. The UPAV is able to accommodate up to 300 people. The Genesse Room on the first floor is a pre-set dining area perfect for a family gathering or class reunion. This area includes a stage for your favorite entertainer to perform and a dance floor to dance the night away. This facility includes several conference rooms on the second level to accommodate small meetings up to 14 people. |

- A 20% discount applies to room rentals for multiple day usage and/or multiple room usage.
- A 10% discount applies to current UM-Flint employees and students renting for personal use.
