Rates
Listed below are rental rates for individuals and non-university groups using a standard setup. For rates and information on UM-Flint departments or groups, please call the EBS office at (810) 762-3436.
Standard setup includes:
- Tables (rectangle and rounds) and chairs (cloth or plastic); includes registration tables, head tables, display tables, and buffet tables
- Skirting for tables provided upon availability
- Podium
- Microphone in rooms with internal sound system
- Coat rack
- Easels

Additional fees may apply for events beyond normal business hours and services provided by Department of Safety and/or Housekeeping.
20% discount applies to room rentals for multiple day usage and/or multiple room usage.
