Planning an event? Planning to offer refreshments, a snack, a meal, or perhaps provide a wine reception? There are several service options to choose from depending upon the type and size of the event you are planning. For less than 25 people, EBS Express offers a simple menu of sweets and beverages along with some snack items. If a served meal or buffet service is what you are seeking, or perhaps a special ethnic menu is what you require, choose from University Dining Services or from a list of eight caterers or use any of the vendors located in the food court, first floor University Pavilion.
A conference license permits service of alcoholic beverages in the University Center. Whether your choice is a cash bar or perhaps an open bar, EBS can assist you in choosing the appropriate level of service. Alcohol service is permitted in several other venues on campus but restrictions apply. Before planning your alcohol service on campus, an EBS staff member will gladly assist you in clarifying polices and guidelines.
