Participant Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or General Equivalence Diploma
- Be from among an under-served, socio-economically disadvantaged or educationally at-risk community
- Be enrolled at Baker College of Flint, Mott Community College or The University of Michigan-Flint
- Major in Elementary, Secondary or Early Childhood Education
- Maintain a minimum 2.75 G.P.A.
- Adhere to STAR attendance policies and other participation requirements
- Pass the MTTC basic skills and MTTC content area tests according to the college schedule
