STAR Mission
The mission of the STAR National Initiative is to mobilize resources to work with educational institutions to provide high-quality planning, research, leadership, communication and technical assistance in developing a replication model of this highly acclaimed program, which, on a national level, seeks particularly to increase the number of young men of color who pursue elementary teaching as a career.
