Three Programs of Your Choosing!
Limited Access Majors Preparation | LAMP
LAMP helps to prepare students for the academic hurdles and demands in some key disciplines that have been historically difficult for academically and/or disadvantaged students to gain acceptance to.
Partnership in Application Research Teams | PARTs
The PARTs initiative provides opportunities for student participants to partner with and be mentored by faculty and staff in research activities. Other activities of this component include faculty-student mentoring and partnerships with the UM-Flint Office of Research as well as collaboration with community agencies to provide job shadowing experiences and opportunities to students.
Helps translate classroom learning into career experiences by providing internship and externship opportunities activities and career exploration services to participants. There is an emphasis in the Science, Technology, and Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.) careers.
