Community Based Gardens at our Urban Alternatives House

The Earth and Resource Science Department has multiple and interrelated components. The first is to understand the natural processes at work shaping our physical environment; second is to study the human response to those processes; and lastly to devolop a means for students, faculty, and community to develop an appreciation for the character and complexity of environmental problems, so as to help make sound judgments about their resolution.
