Project Description: The main purpose of the project is to examine the contributions of individual race and Medicaid coverage to disparities in nursing home quality of care, after controlling for the facility level effects of racial and Medicaid concentration in nursing homes.
Semesters Desired: Fall 2011 AND Winter 2012
GSRA Position Description: 1. Literature Review (Gathering journal articles and constructing literature review tables based on requirements);
2. Data analysis and interpretations
(Past experience with SAS and Stata required)
Specific Day/Time Requirements: 1. Meeting in person for at least once a week.
2. RA will work for at least 6 hours per week.
Special Requirements: 1. Past research experience in literature review and statistical analysis (e.g. SAS).
2. Doctoral-level students required.
