DNP Degree Requirements (BSN to DNP)

A minimum of 80 credit hours are required to complete the DNP program for students who are not certified. The total number of credits varies depending on the certification exam requirements.  Students may transfer up to 9 hours of graduate credit in accordance with the transfer policy, and up to 3 hours of coursework may be waived if comparable graduate or undergraduate coursework has been taken.

  • Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (80-82 credit hours)
