Fellowships

The University of Michigan-Flint offers the following fellowship programs.

King Chávez Parks Initiative Future Faculty Fellowship Program

The King Chávez Parks Initiative Future Faculty Fellowship Program is funded by the State of Michigan and is intended to increase the pool of traditionally underrepresented candidates pursuing faculty teaching careers in postsecondary education.

Rackham Fellowship

The Rackham Fellowship is available for graduate students admitted to or enrolled in a University of Michigan-Flint Rackham program who meet the criteria. It requires neither repayment nor employment. Fellowships will be awarded competitively, upon the recommendation of the program faculty, on the basis of academic performance.
