This is a walk through on how to add a Toshiba printer to a university computer.
Before you Begin:
Locate the Spreadshett that lets you know the location of the drivers and IP addresses of the toshiba printers.

Adding a Printer In XP
Click Start
Click Image to Enlarge
Click on Printers and Faxes.
Under Printer Tasks, click Add a printer

Press next.
Choose local printer and make sure that the automatically detect and install my plug and play printer and press next.
Choose create a new port and press next.

In the Port name dialog box, enter the IP address of the printer and press next.

Click Have Disk.
In the install from disk pop up window click browse and a browse pop up window will come up.

May sure that you are in My Computer, click Pcpub, Its Recommended Applications, Toshiba_Printers and Drivers.
Click on the model of the printer.
Click on the pcl 6 folder.
And click on the file that ends in .inf

Press open and then next
Press next twice and choose yes to print a test page.
Press finish
