Before You Begin:

Transcript Analysis:
After opening the ssem2000 database, double-click on the Transcript Analysis form in the database window.
You will be notified that the report data is current as of the moment it is run. Click OK.
All options on the Transcript Analysis form require the user to enter the student's ID. This is generally the social security number with no hyphens or spaces.Check Holds
If a student has not attended UM-Flint in the last 3 years, you should first check holds to be sure the transcript has been verified in Banner. A hold of NV, Transcript Not Verified should be reported to the Registrar's Office and the transcript should not be printed. To check this, click the Check Holds button and enter the student's ID.
Institutional Transcript Analysis
The Institutional Transcript Analysis includes only courses taken at UM-Flint. The bottom of the report will indicate if transfer credits exist for that student. The View Institutional Transcript Analysis button will cause the report to be shown on the screen and can be printed using the print icon on the toolbar. Users can also choose the Print Institutional Transcript Analysis button to send the transcript report directly to their default printer. Follow these steps to run the Institutional Transcript Analysis.
Transfer Transcript Analysis
The Transfer Transcript Analysis includes only courses taken at other institutions. The View Transfer Transcript Analysis button will cause the report to be shown on the screen and can be printed using the print icon on the toolbar. Users can also choose the Print Transfer Transcript Analysis button to send the transcript report directly to their default printer. Follow these steps to run the Transfer Transcript Analysis.
