It explains how to add and remove addresses to and from the list, review addresses in the list, review all list-names, how to have users subscribe or unsubscribe to the list, send a message to the list and obtain more help.

This Quicknote provides instructions for modifying your personal U-M Online Directory entry. The U-M Online Directory is an online campus directory for the University of Michigan including all Ann Arbor, Flint and Dearborn students, faculty, and staff. The directory is available through the World Wide Web to anyone who has access to the Internet. The entry includes your name, aliases, title, campus and home address, campus and home phone number, uniqname, and email. If you would prefer not to have this personal information about you available on the Internet, you can edit your U-M Online Directory entry. Please follow the instructions below to make changes to your U-M Online Directory entry.

This Quicknote is written as a tool to assist University of Michigan-Flint faculty and staff in selecting their H: drive (or Homedrive) as the location for their “My Documents” folder. Positioning “My Documents” on the H: drive will reduce the chance of important files and documents ever being loss, should the harddrive in a computer fail. The H: drive is located on the network, and is backed up every night. By placing “My Documents” on the H: Drive you are also making it accessible from more locations. Once you complete the directions below you will be able to access your “My Documents” folder from any computer with access to your H: drive
