Positioning “My Documents” on the H: drive will reduce the chance of important files and documents ever being loss, should the harddrive in a computer fail. The H: drive is located on the network, and is backed up every night. By placing “My Documents” on the H: Drive you are also making it accessible from more locations. Once you complete the directions below you will be able to access your “My Documents” folder from any computer with access to your H: drive
