Found on the front of a tower or around the keyboard of a laptop. Ex. Dell Optiplex 980
Windows XP: Bottom Left Corner will say Start Windows Vista or 7: Click the orb in the bottom left and right click computer. Click Properties. Your operating system will be located under Windows edition.
