Configuring the Mail Client on a Mac

Before You Begin:

ITS supports the Mail client built into OSX for Mail version 4.4 or higher.

Setting Up Mail With UM-Exchange:

Here are the directions for setting up Mac Mail with UM-Exchange

1. Remove the current account for Exchange if there is one. The minus sign will remove the account.
2. Click the plus sign to add another account
3. Fill in the information like below.  You will use your LAN password for the password field
4. Click Continue
5. It should grab all of the information
6. Click Create
7. Wait a few minutes. It will take between 10-15 on average, but it may take longer depending on the size of your mailbox.
