Importing and Exporting .pst Files in Outlook 2007
Exporting .pst files:
- Open Outlook 2007
- Click File
- Click Import and Export.
- Select Export to File and then click Next.
- Select Personal Folder File (.pst) and then click Next.
- Select the folder you want to export, and then click Next.
- Click Browse.
- Browse to the location you would like to save the file, and then click OK.
- Click Finish.
Importing .pst files:
- Open Outlook 2007
- Click File
- Click Import and Export.
- Select Import from another program or file, and then click next.
- Select Personal Folder File (.pst), and then click next.
- Click Browse.
- Browse to the file that you want to import, and then click Open.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.
