Importing and Exporting .pst Files in Outlook 2007

Exporting .pst files:

  1. Open Outlook 2007
  2. Click File 
  3. Click Import and Export.
  4. Select Export to File and then click Next.
  5. Select Personal Folder File (.pst) and then click Next.
  6. Select the folder you want to export, and then click Next.
  7. Click Browse.
  8. Browse to the location you would like to save the file, and then click OK.
  9. Click Finish.

Importing .pst files:

  1. Open Outlook 2007
  2. Click File 
  3. Click Import and Export.
  4. Select Import from another program or file, and then click next.
  5. Select Personal Folder File (.pst), and then click next.
  6. Click Browse.
  7. Browse to the file that you want to import, and then click Open.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish.
