Post Off-campus Report

Within four weeks after you return from your off-campus study experience, you must submit the following to the Honors Director, or you will risk having to return the funds you have used.

  1. For the honors program and for all scholarships from the Annual Fund and Office of Research, you will need a budget report.
  2. For the honors program, you will need a post off-campus narrative which is more flexible and impressionistic than the report you will provide to the Office of Research and the Annual Fund.
  3. For the Office of Research and the Annual Fund, you will need a Research Report.

  1. Cover Sheet filled out for Post Off Campus Report 
  2. Budget Report Form and Receipts Mounted
  3. Post Off Campus personal Narrative

 

ANNUAL FUND

  1. Cover Sheet for the Annual Fund
  2. Budget Report Form and Receipts Mounted (copy)
  3. Post Off Campus Research Report

 

OFFICE OF RESEARCH

  1. Cover Sheet for the Office of Research
  2. Budget Report Form and Receipts Mounted (copy)
  3. Post Off Campus Research Report
