What services does the front desk provide?
The front desk will be available 24 hours a day to answer questions and provide general housing services. They will have a package pick up system, handle all mail, make keys for those individuals who are locked out of their rooms, process room changes, check out vacuums, etc.
What if I get locked out?
If you get locked out of your suite or room you can go to the front desk and they can make a temporary key. If you get locked out of the building you can use the phone located by the front door to call the front desk so they can give you access to the building.
New lock out and loss of key/keycard policy this year!
Residents who are locked out of their suite/room may obtain a new keycard from the front desk. Any combination of lockout or lost keys exceeding 6 times per semester will result in a $10.00 charge. Lockout or lost key charges will be charged to student accounts. Any resident requesting excessive lockout assistance will be required to meet with the Hall Director. Residents who lose their key/keycard or have it stolen will be responsible for any and all charges, including replacement keys for themselves and their suitemate/roommate(s), replacement locking cores, and replacement keycards.
