Open Enrollment for 2010 Benefits

Mark your calendar for Open Enrollment, October 26 - November 6! Open Enrollment is an annual opportunity for benefit- eligible faculty, staff, students, and retirees to make changes to their benefits plans, effective January 1.  Effective January 1, 2010, a new medical plan benefits structure is in place for all employees excluding some bargained for groups.  In order to calculate your medical premiums for 2010, the Benefits Office has constructed a medical calculator.  Click on the icon to the left to visit the Benefits Office website and use the medical calculator.  Any questions, please contact our our office at (810) 762-3150.

 

 

Introducing GreenRide to the Flint Campus Faculty, Staff and Students.

Greenride is a web-based application that promotes alternative transportation by making it easy to find other faculty, staff and stuents to share a carpool/vanpool and reduce commuting services.  Registration is free!  Faculty, Staff and Students can register using your Kerberos Password and ID.  (Kerberos Passwords can be obtained from the ITS Department with appropriate photo ID).  See what Greenride can do for your commuting needs by clicking the icon on the left.   

 

 

  Michigan Healthy Community – Michigan Healthy Community is a campus-wide effort to encourage healthier living through increased activity, attention to physical safety in the workplace, and other health and wellness efforts. MHealthy aims to promote discussion and motivate commitment to well-being by embracing health as a community. It will harness the latest thinking and creative ideas from across the University to develop an ambitious plan to foster health campus wide. 

The Flint Campus is engaged in supporting the Michigan Healthy Community program. All departments are represented by a Wellness Champion who is investing time towards the mission of the program.
