ITS HelpDesk
Overview
The ITS HelpDesk consultants are available to answer any questions that students, faculty, and staff may have about university computer resources. They can provide solutions pertaining to connectivity problems, and answer basic questions regarding ITS supported software or services (such as email or wireless network).
Questions pertaining to commercial software and hardware products should be directed to the vendor's product support hotline or website.
