Mediated Classroom Services
Overview
The Mediated Classroom Services (MCS) unit within ITS is responsible for the selection, installation, delivery, maintenance, and user training for all instructional media equipment in the classrooms, labs, and academic departments located in all buildings on the UM-Flint campus.

MCS Support Services
- Presentation equipment installed in:
- General Classrooms (including Crestron Media Manager)
- Computer Labs
- Equipment scheduling and delivery to campus rooms
- Data Projection System with Computer (Mediated Cart)
- Mobile Laptop Cart (24 Dell laptops)
- Smart Cart
- Sound System
- Standalone Projection Screen
- TV with DVD/VCR Combo
- Equipment checkouts to Faculty and Staff (for on or off campus use)
- Data projectors (for Laptops)
- Dell Laptops
- Digital Cameras, Camcorders and Accessories
Request Software Installation on Instructional Computers
Please complete the Software Installation Request form available online at http://www.umflint.edu/its/services/forms/software.pdf. Upon submission of the form, all requestors must be prepared to provide media, proof of ownership, and license to an ITS representative.
