The services listed below are normally available 24 hours a day, except for the following regularly-scheduled downtimes:
- Weekly Backup: Sundays, 3:00am - 5:30am
- Monthly Maintenance: first and third Saturdays, 12:30am - 8:30am
- Monthly Upgrades: third Sunday of the month, 3:00am - 2:00pm
- Monthly Reporting: first day of the month, 12:00 midnight - 3:00am
- Semester Snapshot: the tenth day of classes, 8pm - 12:00 midnight
