The services listed below are normally available 24 hours a day, except for the following regularly-scheduled downtimes:

• Weekly Backup: Sundays, 3:00am - 5:30am
• Monthly Maintenance: first and third Saturdays, 12:30am - 8:30am
• Monthly Upgrades: third Sunday of the month, 3:00am - 2:00pm
• Monthly Reporting: first day of the month, 12:00 midnight - 3:00am
• Semester Snapshot: the tenth day of classes, 8pm - 12:00 midnight

During system maintenance the following services may be unavailable:

• SIS website (https://sis.umflint.edu)
• Banner (http://www.umflint.edu/banner)
• Banner Reports (such as some departmental and WebFocus)
• Student Account Center (SAC)
