How do I purchase my new system?

Please visit the UM-Flint Apple Store.  Click on “Recommended Systems" located on the right.  You will see several recommended system configurations--just select the link on the system you are interested in and follow the steps to purchase online.

Can I purchase a system for my University Department through this site?

You should not use the UM-Flint Apple Store to purchase equipment that will be paid for by your department.  Instead, consult our Departmental Purchases section below.

Can I customize the package?

Yes. After you select the system you want you will see various upgrades you can select at discounted prices.

 

When will I receive my new PC?

All Apple systems are custom built as per your specifications.  Apple will inform you of the estimated delivery date at the time of purchase. 

What if I need detailed order status, a copy of an invoice, or to return something?

Please visit UM-Flint's Apple Store and login to view your current orders.

What if I need help using my notebook or have a technical problem?

Please call Apple's technical support team at 1-800-MY-APPLE.

Do I have to pay taxes?

All orders are subject to 6% Michigan state tax.

Do I have to pay shipping?

Shipping is not always included depending on that week's promotion.   Any other orders placed online are subject to a shipping charge.  When you place a non-standard configuration order you might see the regular shipping charge.
