University of Michigan - Flint

The University has negotiated a Campus Agreement with Microsoft Corporation that allows the distribution of commonly used Microsoft products at significantly reduced costs.  The savings are available to all U-M departments.  UM-Flint students, faculty, and staff can also purchase Microsoft products at incredible savings for use on their personal computers as long as they are performing university business.

Additionally, students, faculty, and staff are eligible to purchase hardware and limited non-Microsoft software for home use at discounted prices through the U-M Computer Showcase in Ann Arbor. When purchasing Microsoft products for personal use, please be aware of the following information:

• Only one copy of each product may be purchased by each individual.
• Microsoft products purchased by students, faculty, and staff for personal use are full featured, but each individual product must be registered with Microsoft before it can be used.  It is limited to two installations (view IMPORTANT installation information).
• There are no exchanges or returns for opened products with the exception of products that are found to be defective by ITS.
• At the time of purchase, each individual must read and sign an End User License Agreement (EULA).  Your signature indicates you agree to be bound by the terms of the EULA.

  A Photo ID and the purchaser's signature are required in order to purchase any Microsoft software from ITS; therefore, you will be unable to complete the entire purchase process online.  You must mail, fax or drop off a copy of the signed EULA and photo ID.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
