French and Linguistics. Master the French language while examining the role of linguistics in French culture’s thinking, learning and socializing. Learning and understanding what comprises a language will give you a better understanding of both your native language as well as your language of study. Students in this concentration typically pursue teaching, graduate schools or specialized careers in linguistics.
French and International Studies. Master the French language while examining anthropology, history and international relations as they relate directly to France and its culture. You’ll gain global perspective while studying the dispersal and effects of French language and culture throughout the world.
