The University of Michigan-Flint is an outstanding business school, according to The Princeton Review.The New York-based education services company features the school in the just-published 2009 edition of its “Best 296 Business Schools”
The student newspaper of the University of Michigan-Flint recently won nine Michigan Press Association Awards. Student journalists from across the state competed in the Michigan Press Association College Newspaper contest, giving them the chance to gain recognition for their best work.
Each year, The Myron and Margaret Winegarden Visiting Professorship brings individuals of national and international reputation to the University of Michigan-Flint campus. This year, Tariq Ali and Christopher Paul Curtis will teach and/or interact with classes, participate in meetings with students and faculty, conduct lectures for students, faculty, staff and the community.
