The University of Michigan-Flint is offering an online/weekend master’s degree program for elementary and secondary teachers ready to make the move into school administration.  The program, called WebPlus, will now be available at two locations: the Oakland Community College campus in Auburn Hills and UM-Flint campus in downtown Flint.

WebPlus makes it easy and convenient to get your Master of Public Administration in Educational Administration degree through the University of Michigan Rackham School of Graduate Studies:

·        Online courses with monthly Saturday class meetings

·        A two-year, part-time program of 39 total credits (13 classes)

·        Approved by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) for Principal Preparation

·        Students progress through the program as a  group, supporting each other and finishing together in two years

·        Graduates are eligible to apply for the Michigan Department of Education voluntary school administrator certificate

In addition to being extremely convenient, WebPlus is also very practical.  You will get an informed perspective on a range of issues confronting K-12 schools because coursework and the clinical experience are completed in your own school district.  The program provides the tools and concepts necessary for successful administration.
