ACTS’ mentors are registered nurses willing to serve as a professional role model, provide support, and guidance to pre-nursing and nursing students. Assisting students to achieve their personal and professional goals can be very rewarding.
Mentors play a key role in the mentor/mentee relationship. The relationship is one of mutual respect, and trust with responsibilities for both parties. To serve as a foundation for developing good mentor/mentee relationships, a list of responsibilities for both parties can be found on this web page.
Registered nurses who would like to make a significant contribution in helping nursing students achieve their goals are encouraged to join ACTS by completing the Mentor Enrollment form found below.
