The advantage of copying an item is that you are able to have the same item in more than one location . (If the item is more than just a few lines or paragraphs, you may want to consider uploading the item to the Content System as a document.)
Step 1: Click on the Control Panel link and choose the Content Area and folder in which the item will reside.
Step 2: Click on the area where you can locate the item that you wish to copy.
Step 3: Locate the item you wish to copy and click Copy on the right-hand side of the browser.

This step (3) will bring up the “Copy or Move Item” pop-up screen (below).

Step 4: Click on the Browse button to select the destination that your item will be copied to.

Step 5: Choose Yes if you would like to delete the original item after it is copied. Choose No if you would like to save the original as well as the copy.
Step 6: Click on the
button to copy your item and then click on the button to
finalize your copied item procedure.
When you are finished, click on the
button.
