Step 1: Click on the Control Panel link and go to the appropriate manager. If you plan on importing a pool, choose Pool Manager, a test, Test Manager, or a survey, Survey Manager.
The images used in this helpguide will depict the Test Manager, but each other manager looks identical.
Step 2: Click Import.
Step 3: If the test file to import is located on your computer, click the Browse 
button to the right of Attach Local File. If you have the file saved to the content collection, click the Browse button to the right of Copy file from Content Collection.
Step 4: Locate your file and click open. Then click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Click 
after the success receipt is displayed. This will take you back to the Manager, and you should see the pool, test, or survey you have imported.
Note: You can only import a pool, survey, or test that has been previously exported from a Blackboard course.
