What are the credentials of the instructors?
- Laura Bassier Stopczynski is an expert in conflict management and dispute resolutions services with more than 20 years of business experience in human resource management, electronic collaboration and facilitation, team building, organizational development, and strategic planning. She is co-founder of Center for Thinking and Collaboration and a Michigan State Court-approved trainer under court rule MCR 2.411 General Civil Mediation and MCR 3.216 Domestic Relations Mediation.
- Joe Jenio is an expert in conflict management and dispute resolutions with more than 30 years of experience. He is a Michigan State Court-approved trainer under court rule MCR 2.411 General Civil Mediation and MCR 3.216 Domestic Relations Mediation. He is a court-rostered mediator, an accredited arbitrator for the National Center for Dispute Settlement, and a member of the tax tribunal.
Both are principals in the company, are affiliate members of the ADR Section of the Michigan State Bar, and have extensive experience as mediators, arbitrators, trainers, life coaches, and business development specialists.
