Our instructional technologists are on staff to assist you one-on-one with all aspects of course development.
HelpDesk
If you get stuck, our Online Help Desk is available to help you 8 a.m. -5 p.m. in person at 241 David M. French Hall, and via phone daily, (810) 237-6691, evenings 5-10 and weekends 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. You can also e-mail olhelp@umflint.edu.
Faculty Workstation
A computer workstation is available for your use from 8 a.m. -5 p.m. daily in 241 David M. French Hall. If you need to scan documents or slides, record audio or video, or just need a quiet place to work on your online course, make an appointment or come by the Online Help Desk.
