Fitness Classes
The Recreation Center is pleased to offer a variety of fitness classes. Current UM-Flint students, members, and day pass users may attend many of the fitness classes for free. Click the link below for the current fitness class schedule, which includes free drop-in classes like yoga, water aerobics, cardio kickboxing, ab lab, and step aerobics, as well as fee-based specialty classes (Zumba®, Iynegar Yoga, Spinning, Hip Hop, Tai Chi, and Pilates). Descriptions of each class are also included.

Can't decide on just one class? Try the Unlimited Fitness Card! For one low price, patrons can purchase access to most of the specialty fitness classes for an entire semester (excluding Morning Krunch and Iyengar Yoga). $99 for members, $250 for non-members. Non-member price includes unlimited access for one semester (spring & summer considered one semester together).
