Peggy Roddy

Peggy is responsible for the administration for all University research and creative activities involving sponsored programs. Included in her duties are assistance in proposal development, grant/contract administration for both pre and post award activities, and reviewing proposals to assure adherence to institutional and federal guidelines.
Peggy received her Bachelors Degree in Finance from the Oklahoma State University.
Mary Mandeville

Mary is responsible for assisting the campus community with issues regarding Human Subjects protection and is the campus contact for training and administration of the eResearch Regulatory Management system. In her capacity, Mary works closely with the chair of the Institutional Review Board.
Mary earned her Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture from Michigan State University, her Master's Degree in Horticulure from Kansas State University, and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University. Additionally, Mary has received certification from The University of Michigan.
Andre Louis

Andre is responsible for providing project management support for faculty and staff, as well as managing the programs emphasizing undergraduate research. He is the coordinator of the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program and serves on the planning committees for both the Meeting of Minds Undergraduate Research Conference and the Michigan Undergraduate Research Forum.
Andre earned his Bachelors Degree, majoring in Business Administration, minoring in Math and is completing requirements for his Masters Degree in Public Administration at the University of Michigan-Flint.
Sue Koehler

Sue provides support to Office of Research programs and research administration. She also provides general editing support for faculty and staff grant proposals. Sue has previously worked as an executive secretary at NDB – Genesee Bank in Flint, and with her family’s business in Ann Arbor. She also has had a business as a custom quilt maker and teacher for the past 15 years.
Sue earned her B.A. in English/Writing, with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Michigan - Flint in 2006. She is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan-Flint.
Lola Carter

Lola is responsible for an assortment of clerical responsibilities, including but not limited to: managing files, answering the phone, compiling telephone directories, creating appointment schedules for the statistical consultant, assisting with data entry projects, co-coordinating New Faculty Orientation with the Thompson Center for Learning & Teaching, and assisting with Research and Creative Activity Committee meetings.
Lola earned her B.A. in Social Work, with a minor in Sociology at the University of Michigan-Flint in May 2003. She plans to further her education and professional development.
Joe Kazemi

Joe is a statistical consultant from the Center for Statistical Consultation and Research (CSCAR) at the University of Michigan. He offers statistical consultation for the Flint campus one day a week on Thursdays, by appointment.
Joe earned a Masters degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor in 2007 and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Dearborn in 2004.
