UROP Faculty Profile - Kathryn Schellenberg
Dr. Kathryn Schellenberg is an Associate Professor of Sociology. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and both her Master's degree and Ph.D. from The University of Utah. Kathy's research interests include workplace organizations with focus on employment/workplace impacts of globalization and migration in the United Arab Emirates. Previous projects have led to publications on such topics as: how high-tech workers/firms react to turbulent change and uncertainty, police practices involving automated police information systems, and implications of “policing the police” through technological surveillance. |
